I’m a very experienced and well qualified stretch therapist, I have worked in many clinics as-well as running my own business over the years. I was approached by Stretch to work for them remotely with clients that they would provide for me. They said that it is commission based but you are guaranteed to make good money because there will be plenty of clients, so no need to worry about not having enough hours or pay at the end of the month! Since starting with this company which has been roughly around two months now, I have only had one client who booked in for one session and then didn’t return after this. So far all the other bookings that have been made never go through with it and just cancel last minute or don’t turn up etc.. This includes new clients and also existing ones too! It’s not like we can charge a cancellation fee either if they don’t show up because we get told to mark them down as a no show on our system instead.. The worst part is when you’re expecting these people to come see you (because let’s face it -you’ve got hardly any bookings anyway) so you might even put off doing something else important thinking that these people are going to show up at some point –but then they never do!! So basically what happens is every week before payday comes along, suddenly all these supposed “no shows” from weeks ago start showing back up again wanting their old appointments re-arranging –this means working extra hours outside of your usual availability time frame!! And guess what? Because its out-with your normal available timeslots -there’s still nobody coming!!!
