I was hired by a family in the UK through Baiben International Agency. I worked for them as a housekeeper/nanny and did all the duties they required from me. However, after 3 months of working with them, my employer told me that they will send me back to Turkey because their lawyer said so. They gave me money for my plane ticket and sent me home without any explanation or reason why they terminated my employment.I contacted Baiben International Agency regarding this matter but instead of helping me out, they just ignored my messages and calls. It’s been 2 years now since I’ve been trying to get in touch with them but still no response from their end.This agency is not professional at all! They don’t care about their employees’ welfare or rights as workers. All they want is to make money off you then throw you away when it’s convenient for them.DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY!
