I was hired as a video editor for this company. I had to go through 3 interviews and edit a test video before getting the job. The pay is $400/month, which is low but not terrible for an entry level position in the Philippines. However, after working there for only two weeks, they told me that my work wasn’t good enough and fired me without any warning or chance to improve. They didn’t even give me a reason why they were letting me go.I think it’s really unfair to hire someone, make them jump through all these hoops, and then fire them after such a short amount of time with no explanation. It’s also very unprofessional to tell someone their work isn’t good enough without giving them any feedback on how to improve.I would not recommend working for UnliFans Agency if you want stability or fair treatment as an employee
